Slado ("we", "our" or "us") operates the Slado website https://www.slado.co (here and after referred to as the "Website") and provides the Slado Slackbot and other Slado services (referred together as the "Services").
If you provide us personal information about others, or if others give us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.
: When you or another user in your Slack team enables the Slado Slackbot for your team, we receive the name of your team, the team avatar and email domain list from the Slack API. For each Slack Channel available for your Slack Team, we receive the Channel name, topic and purpose from the Slack API. Slack User Information
: If you are a member of a Slack team that has enabled the Slado Slackbot, we receive your Slack username, first and last name, Slack avatar, timezone and email address from the Slack API. This information is collected and shared as part of Slado's daily summary to your team only.Azure DevOps Information
: When you or another user adds an Azure DevOps organizations to your Slado Slackbot workspace using your PAT key we aquire organization's Users list, Development process for all mapped projects and information on the work items, build definitians and repositories. We do not, however, store work item information, builds information or repositories information - we aquire it once only for the duration of hadling a specific slash command, implemented by Slado Slackbot.
When you add Azure DevOps integration to your Slado account you agree to share with us some data from that service. It might include the following:
- Private Access Token from Azure DevOps;
- business data (e.g. metrics from Google Analytics, information on tasks from Azure Boards, pull requests from Azure Repos, etc.); Billing information:
Slado requests the following billing information to proceed the payment for the service:
- Credit/Debit card number;
- Card expiration date;
- Card owner name;Slado doesn't store or manage this information in any way.
We transfer it to the third-party payment provider Paddle. All the billing data is stored and managed on Paddle's side. Slado handles its management via API tokens provided by Paddle. Web browser cookies:

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
